Plato's Birthday Celebration and Champions Tournament
Join Their Excellencies of Citadel and the Medici family at their summer estate and winery, La Vina, in the sunny southern Outland's countryside as they celebrate Plato's Birthday and have their annual Baronial A&S Competition and Collegium. The fabulously beautiful site has a stage, two acres with grass, and trees with a gorgeous view of the Mesilla Valley and the Franklin mountains on the historic Don Juan Onate Trail. Let the acres of grape vines and fresh air take you to the countryside of Florence where we will choose our Baronial A&S Champion, Visiting A&S Champion, and Science Champion so everyone is welcome to enter. The competition will occur in the morning and the collegium with symposiums will be in the afternoon with scientific oddities and surprise entertainments in the evening. There will be rapier, heavy, and heraldic fighting so bring your armor and weapons, too. Enjoy the traditional Italian pastoral luncheon by Mistress Bahiyyah and an Italian feast by Mistress Leah during the evening of Bacchanalian festivities.
